Lupa Guesthouse a 3 bdr affordable home near downtown Rincon

Comfortable and affordable home with three bedrooms with a/c and one bathroom. The house has high-speed WiFi, smart TV (no cable), off-street parking for one car, washer/dryer, and back patio. The kitchen is fully equipped for guests to prepare their own meals. The master and second bedrooms each have a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed that is full and twin and a separate twin bed. It sleeps up to 7 guests. A charcoal BBQ is provided also for guests to cook on the back patio.

Awful experience
This property has potential. Unfortunately the pictures were old and this property needs to be updated. Not only was this property dangerous due to a propane tank hooked up to the stove, the air conditioning did not work for time we were there. The manager thought this was just an inconvenience and did not respond within a timely manner nor rectify the issue. We ended up leaving and renting elsewhere. Terrible experience and ruined the first part of our trip.

Estuvo cómodo y conveniente , cerca de la playa. Apenas lugar para los 5 , pero todos se acomodaron bien. El baño un.poco.pequeño pero nos acomodamos a eso también. En general , por lo que pagué es lo que esperaba. Algo sencillo y donde alojarnos . Muchas gracias

Great home base, awesome location
Thanks for a great stay in Rincon! Of all the places we stayed in Puerto Rico, we were sad how short our time was in Rincon. This home was comfortable and well stocked with essentials. Check in was super smooth. I loved being able to walk to town for dinner, and to the beach. Would stay again!
