Kasa Maui - Palm Tree Apt - 1 Minute From Sandy Beach!!

Kasa Maui is located across the street from Sandy Beach. Its location is walking distance to Tamboo Bar & Restaurant, Big Kahuna Burger Bar, Red Flamboyan, and The Island House Restaurant. Our property has two apartments, one on each level. Our 1st level Palm Tree Apartment sleeps 2 adults in our queen size pillow-top bed comfortably. The apartment features stainless steel appliances, a flat panel tv, and air conditioning. WiFi is throughout the property so you can stay connected. Outside, enjoy our large gazebo and relax on our hammocks or the Adirondack Chairs. We provide beach towels and Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs as well. For the ultimate privacy, rent both levels of Kasa Maui. You will have all the amenities listed plus have the entire property for you and your guests. For Your Peace Of Mind, Kasa Maui features a 16KW Whole House Automatic Backup Generator.

We stayed 3 nights at Kasa Maui and was really an excellent experience! Every single detail that Karl and Evelyn included in the apartment was great (Wifi, Netflix, beach chairs, BBQ grill, kitchen utensils). The house was clean and the property area was very pretty. Sandy Beach is just crossing the street and there are some nice restaurants around. We are definitively coming back!

Perfect location, great house, beautiful yard with private gate.
This find was PERFECT for our week stay in Rincon. The house is clean, the kitchen has new appliances, the bed was comfy, and it was awesome that they provided 2 beach chairs and a cooler for us to use on beach days. The owner of this house is great and always responds super fast if you ever need to contact him. The yard is very spacious and there are tables and chairs set up for outside lounging if you choose to do that. We were very pleased with our stay it was a perfect size to comfortably fit two people.

Amazing Stay!
OurStay at Kasa Maui was perfect in every way. The unit was clean and just as advertised! The host was super nice and let us check in early which was greatly appreciated. The outside yard and hangin areas were perfect we had dinner out there several times and took naps in the hammocks. All of the beach gear you need was available (chairs, boogie board, coolers, toys). The proximity to sandy beach is unbeatable, severa great bars and restaurants in walking distance. We've stayed in Puntas before but this was an exceptional experience! Would absolutely recommend staying staying at Kasa Maui to friends, family or anyone considering it.

Great location steps from the beach, great restaurants, shops, coffee and smoothies, and surfboard rentals. Had everything we needed. Felt very secure. Loud music very nearby the first night, some may love this, others may not. When there wasn’t loud music, enjoyed the sounds of the coquis. Property manager was very responsive when we had a question.

Rest & Relaxation in Ricon
Great location, good space everything one would need to sleep, cook, relax...both at the Kasa and the beach. Owners very responsive and organized. Neighborhood is friendly and safe. We were in lower level apartment and our 2nd floor neighbors were lovely. Walk to beach, restaurants, surf shop and surf lessons. Ricon is the perfect rest and relaxation location and Kasa Maui was a wonderful place to stay.

The perfect place to stay in Rincón
I love the apartment, it was bigger than I thought and had all that we needed inside and outside including private parking, a covered terrace with hammocks and tables. Its located cross the street from the beach and there are a few restaurants, shops and yoga classes in walking distance.

Amazing Spot
Kasa Maui is in the best location in Rincon. One of the only locations in Rincon where you can walk to several restaurants, convenience store, as well as, walk to many surf spots right infront of the property. Even during the pandemic the restaurants in Puntas were open. Karl and Evelyn are great hosts that accommodate every request promptly and answer any questions you may have. The parking is ample and the property is modern, clean, and up to date. It has everything you need. I stayed for three weeks and have just booked for three more weeks.

Casa Mosquito
All the positive amenities of this property were vastly outweighed by the persistent and overwhelming number of mosquitoes inside and outside the house. We couldn’t take advantage of thing likes cooking, enjoying the patio, or relaxing, because all our time was spent fending off bites. There were literally hundreds in the home even with mosquito coils and candles going 24/7. The property owner said it was a normal condition for the island but we never had issues anywhere else in Rincon. Our next place was totally mosquito free and even eating outside at restaurants never posed issues. The house is dark and muggy and has a moisture problem and the issue needs to be addressed. Also the AC unit sounds like a generator and the bed is very uncomfortable. We were disappointed to stay here two weeks. It did not feel like a vacation despite being in a good location and close to the water.

The location of this property is perfect. Across the street from the beach near many restaurants. The internet was down on the first day because the power went off in that part of town the day before but if you are from Puerto Rico you would know this occurs often. No big deal. Hot and cold water in the shower. Clean has everything you need. Would definitely recommend staying in this house. Communication with the owner was great any questions you may have they are just a phone call away.
