"Very good mid-market little hotel. The surroundings are stunning. Staff was wonderful, breakfast delicious. However, I stayed one night in a timy ground floor suite, I asked for a switch and I was moved to a second floor suite, which was more spacious and comfy, but with two windows facing a brick wall. Im sorry, but you cant sell suites in Punta del Este facing a brick wall."

"They were fully booked and they gave us special perks for moving rooms. And even let our grandparents stay in their room and making it work even if they didn’t have to. I really appreciate that care! They also found and returned my watch. Everything is wonderful. "

"Very nice overall, conveniently located, close to a main mall and walking distance to playa mansa and other interesting places. Hotel is beautiful and very clean. Bathroom needs some updates. Bed were comfortable. Staff always kind and helpful."

"The location of the hotel is beautiful, its amongst pine trees, in front of a huge lake, no noise, very quiet. Very friendly staff. Our room was very nice, huge and comfortable. The art work in the hotel is worth mentioning too"
