You can enjoy a spacious and bright 5-room house, spanning 200 square meters across two levels, with a south-facing position that allows ample natural light to fill the interiors. The living/dining room is a generous 40 square meters, also facing south, and features a digital TV. This room leads out to a terrace that enjoys the same sunny exposure. The house offers four bedrooms, each with its own unique layout: one with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and a shower, bidet, and WC; another with two beds of the same size; a third with a single bed (150 cm) and a bath, bidet, and WC; and the fourth with a single bed (135 cm), bath, shower, bidet, and WC. The kitchen/living room spans 30 square meters and is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, microwave, and freezer, and also provides access to the terrace. Additionally, there is a separate WC on this level. Upstairs, you'll find an 8-square-meter room with a single bed (90 cm, length 180 cm) and a shower/WC.
