"We had some issues with the unit when we arrived but the owner drove from Guadalajara to fix the problem. He moved us to another unit and we really enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the great service recovery. Nice pool and great rooftop lounging area. Large grocery store nearby. 7 minute walk to beach and 7 to 15 minute walk to many restaurants. A long-time tenant, Robert, was very friendly and helpful during our two-week stay."

"The place is spacious with two bathrooms for our family of four . The kids slept on futons in the living room , but they seemed happy with that . We were there Halloween and early November so lots happening in the town but it was quiet enough in the suite on the side facing the hillside. The rooftop patio is as lovely as the photos , and that is shared but we found it not very busy . Sayulita has nice beaches and restaurants within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. "My two friends and husband came down to celebrate my 40th birthday. Being in the off season, we rarely saw any other guests in the shared areas, it seemed like we had it all to ourselves! The condo itself is immaculate, we enjoyed the dunk pool and the amazing views. We even named our iguana that liked to chill with us. "I stayed at Villa Los Corales for two weeks with my husband. We didn’t want to rent a car so the location was perfect for us. It is walking distance to a quiet beach and to downtown. The building is located in a steep hill but we didn’t mind. If you are a light sleeper, make sure to bring ear plugs to block the occasional noises, especially if you’re not used to crowing roosters 😉. "The lobby entrance is very nice along with the reception person who provided info on the property. The Condo was very well decorated and included more amenities than we expected. My only constructive criticisms are, salty water in tap water, thinking maybe water softener is turned up too high causing salty water. Hair dryer would be nice. We loved the space, cleanliness and overall location of the property and would definitely consider staying there again."

"This villa was very comfortable and private. We stayed in the lower level which was nice. The a/c in the bedroom works really well and as Floridians we love our a/c. That being said after a couple days we really adjusted to the climate and it’s very comfortable in the main area without air. Open windows and ceiling fans are perfect.
