"This villa was very comfortable and private. We stayed in the lower level which was nice. The a/c in the bedroom works really well and as Floridians we love our a/c. That being said after a couple days we really adjusted to the climate and it’s very comfortable in the main area without air. Open windows and ceiling fans are perfect. "Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. The property was as advertised - clean, secure, comfortable, well-stocked and excellent communication with property management. The roof top 'heated' pool was amazing. We walked to beach/town multiple times a day and found location very good. Close enough for convenience but far enough from the main square noise of music/bars/etc in the evenings. "The pool was exceptional. Unit was as advertised. However, only having 1 face cloth, 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels for the entire week is not sufficient. When requested to have additional, they where not delivered. All in all a good property."

"I’ve stayed here in 2021, I love Sayulita and this is one of my favorite places to stay. Now they have room service from Sur38 which you get credit for staying there and a discount! Juan and Aaron were super attentive to all my needs. Highly recommend this place. The infinity pool has a beautiful view, and it’s walking distance to EVERYTHING! "Property manager Jorge was great, there were a couple of things that would have made the stay better, the lock-off was rented out by others and you could hear everything through the thin door. The deck between the lock out and the main condo are attached so not much privacy if both renters are out on the decks.
