Ideally located for all nature and hiking enthusiasts, directly on the main hiking trail Rinchnach-Zwiesel and on the circular walk no. 7 from Bärnzell to Zwiesel. Rinchnach is located in the Donauwoud, in the middle of the Bavarian Forest Nature Park. Activities nearby: The resort is very centrally located in the Bavarian Forest, idyllically in a wide valley. Hiking trails, horseback riding, cycling, Nordic walking, cross-country skiing, great sports facilities and much more await you in the beautiful region of the national park. Wir hatten uns sehr auf einem erholsamen Urlaub in diesen Ferienhaus gefreut,was durch die Bilder und Ferienhausbeschreibung versprochen wird, Die Objektbeschreibung und die dazugehörigen Bilder entsprechen nicht den aktuellen Zustand des Hauses, Die Außenanlagen: - Treppengeländer in einem schlechten Zustand teilweise lose - lose Steinplatten auf der Terrasse besonders eine im Treppenbereich - stark vermooste Terassen und Treppenabschnitte - ein wunderschöner Blick auf mehrere verwahrloste Kompost

Achtung, sehr langer Text, aber unbedingt lesen, bevor sie diese Unterkunft buchen!!! Hallo zusammen, ja, das war ein Reinfall. Landschaftlich sehr schön. Die Unterkunft schrammt an einer tödlichen Falle vorbei. Warum? Die Gasheizkörper in jedem Raum sind uralt und haben laut Aufkleber vor vier Jahren das letzte Mal eine Wartung bekommen. Der Gaspreis utopisch, 4,85 € pro Kubikmeter, gerade bei dieser Witterung. Das Heftigste dabei ist der moderige, schimmelige Geruch in den Schlafräumen. Fazit: Gebucht war eine Woche, nach nur 2 Tagen mussten wir wegen Kopfschmerzen, Kurzatmigkeit, geschwollen roten Augen und Übelkeit das Ferienhaus verlassen. Die Verbrauchsrechnung hatte es dann auch in sich. Für 4 Kubikmeter Gas und 6 Kwh Strom wurden wir um 21,80 € erleichtert. Was uns doch sehr missfällt, ist die Tatsache, dass es dem Eigentümer egal ist, mit welchen gesundheitlichen Schäden seine Feriengäste rechnen müssen. Dieses ist schon seit längerem dem Eigentümer bekannt. Vom seit sechs Jahren nicht reparierten Waschbecken ganz zu schweigen, dies geht aus mehreren Gästebucheinträgen von 2016 und 2018 hervor, dieses Gästebuch liegt vor Ort in der Hütte. Unverständlich, dass sich der Eigentümer nach so vielen negativen Rezensionen nicht in der Lage sieht, hier Abhilfe zu schaffen. Wir haben bei der Suche nach einer Unterkunft explizit auf Seiten geschaut, auf denen Ferienhäuser angeboten werden, in denen Hunde willkommen sind. Auf diesen Seiten stehen insgesamt nur wenige Rezensionen, die überwiegend gut sind, deshalb buchten wir dort. Wir gehen davon aus, dass sich die Rezensionen dort nur darauf beziehen, dass die Umgebung sehr schön ist und traumhaft für einen Urlaub mit Hund. Wenn man bei der Buchung den Hund weglässt, dann wird die Hütte auf anderen Seiten angeboten und dort stehen dann auch die überwiegend negativen Beurteilungen. Hätten wir diese nur vorher gelesen, wäre uns das Alles erspart geblieben! Dass wir kein Grandhotel bekommen, wenn wir eine Hütte buchen, ist natürlich völlig klar. Trotzdem können wir erwarten, dass zumindest keine gesundheitliche Gefährdung besteht. Letztendlich hat die Dame vor Ort, die nur für die Schlüsselübergabe zuständig ist, das Nachsehen, wenn die Gäste unzufrieden oder sogar vorzeitig ihren Urlaub in dieser Hütte beenden. Das wurde uns sogar von ihrer Seite aus bestätigt, dass es häufig so passiert. Wir warnen hiermit ausdrücklich vor der Buchung diese Ferienobjektes, vor Allem Menschen mit Atemwegserkrankungen,

Bei Sonne und warmen Temperaturen gut da festergeöffnet werden können
Da wir sehr viel regnen hatten war es kalt und feucht, wenn es nur möglich war und etwas wärmer haben wir gelüftet (Haus) Haus sehr schön gelegen und sauber Nässe/Geruch?

Ruhiges, schön gelegenes Ferienhaus
Das Haus ist saniert und liegt ruhig direkt am Wald. Es gibt gute Möglichkeiten von hier aus zu wandern oder Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besichtigen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch nicht weit entfernt. Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit Hund hier sehr genossen und würden auch wieder kommen.

Schönes Haus am Waldrand
Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, sehr ruhig am Waldrand gelegen, vorteilhaft im Sommer: auch bei hohen Außentemperaturen angenehm kühl, neue und moderne Küche (besser ausgestattet als in der Beschreibung), viele Möbel aus Vollholz, Wanderwege gehen direkt am Haus vorbei, alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Ruhig und gemütlich
Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit tollem Ausblick und guter Ausstattung. Wir waren auf den direkt am Haus vorbei führenden Wanderwegen viel im Wald spazieren bzw. wandern. Bei wenig Schnee hatten wir es zur nächsten Langlaufloipe etwas weiter (Bodenmais, ca. 30 Min. Fahrt). Die Übergabe bei An- und Abreise hat gut geklappt. Direkt im Ort gibt es leckeren Honig direkt vom Imker, die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Rinchnach sind mit dem Auto in ca. 5 Min. zu erreichen.
