Heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.Apr.. Motor access to 500 m from the house. Public parking 600 m extra. Shop 50 m, supermarket, restaurant, bar, café, pedestrian zone 50 m, 3 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Shuttlemare (online reservation)" 400 m, railway station "Rimini" 800 m, sandy beach 2 km. Das Appartment ist sehr schön, tolle Vermieterin, die mir Rat und Tat jederzeit zur Verfügung steht
Das Appartment in sehr Antik eingerichtet, dass muss man mögen. Der Gasherd ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber nach ein paar Tagen gewöhnt man sich daran. Es gab ein Schrank voll kleiner Tassen und Teller, aber leider nur vier Gläser, zwei Kessel (davon einer kaputt) und eine Pfanne - wie waren zu Viert (Erwachsene)! Leider waren auch die in der Beschreibung stehenden Fahrräder nicht vorhanden. Die Vermieterin hat uns ein Fahrrad aus ihrem Privatbesitz dann zur Verfügung gestellt. Zum Strand sind es 2 Kilometer, zu dem man aber schön durch einen Park laufen kann. Fernsehsender gibt es nur auf italiniesch. Das größte Problem ist das Parken. Anders als Beschrieben gibt es kein Parkplatz zum Haus/Wohnung. Man muss entweder etwas teuer mieten oder irgendwo am Straßenrand oder auf öffentlichen Parkplätzen parken; Parkplätze in Rimini sind rar. Die öffentlichen Parkplätzen kosten ca. 5,00 Euro am Tag,

Ampio, centrale e ben attrezzato con tutto il necessario. La nostra assistente è stata premurosa ed efficiente, è riuscita a farci aggiustare il rubinetto della cucina nel 1º di maggio. Unico neo è che l’appartamento è poco ventilato, dispone solo di una finestra nella sala/cucina e di due abbaini nelle due stanze da letto
