Lovely two-room apartment on the second floor of a semi-detached house 100 metres from the sea with all services on the nearby luungomare just a few steps away. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, air-conditioned TV, double sofa bed, bathroom with windowed shower cubicle. In the spacious double bedroom with wardrobe there are second air conditioning and second TV. Wifi, washing machine shared with the lower floor and a bicycle with basket are available to guests free of charge. Large solarium with sun loungers, sliding curtain, table and chairs for enjoying the outdoor space..
