"We had a fantastic experience staying at the Schloss Hotel. Alex and his team were wonderful and created the perfect experience. The hotel is conveniently located to the train station, Gornergrat train, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Zermatt!"

"This Hotel is owned by the 5 Star Grand Hotel Zermatterhof and you have access to their facility at a cost. The Alpina does not have a Front Desk, so you must go to the 4 Star Hotel Tannenhof for Check In and such. Nice Affordable Hotel."

Overall , it's a very nice hotel to stay. but the service was a bit chaotic for us. we waited at the taxi station for more than 20 mins, no one came to pick us up, despite we called several times. we walked to the hotel with our luggages, the reception staff just explained that they were busy. I know you might be busy, but you could explain to me on the phone, or offer something alternative."

"The Hotel Helvetia was perfect for my short stay in Zermatt. I had read many of the previous reviews so I was prepared. The hotel is a short 5 minute walk from the train station, there is no elevator and my room was quite small but had a balcony overlooking the street filled with people. The hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants. This hotel was quite reasonably priced and in a great location."
