A very pleasant stay in a typical Alsacian village
Rimbachzell is conveniently situated in the heart of the Alsacian region with tons of activities within a short drive (half an hour away from Mulhouse or Colmar, close to the Grand Ballon and the Ecomusee d'Alsace, etc ). We were welcomed by our friendly host Rodolphe who took us to the house and spent some time showing us the facilities and recommending places to visit or restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity. Everything was as per the description on the website. It was clean and spacious for our family of 5 and had everything we needed for our stay (including the internet for our teenage kids!). It was quite cold while we were there (even some snow in the air) but the house became quite cosy once we worked out how to use the heaters. It felt like home and we had a great time visiting the Ecomusee and the Car Museum, as well as driving to the Grand Ballon for the view. We wish we had had more time and would come back to Rimbachzell and Mr. Lieb's 'gite rural' with pleasure. A big thank you.

Mon séjour à Rimbach-Zell
Cela fait depuis plusieurs années que nous séjournons dans ce petit village alsacien. Tout est parfait. Le lieu, la propreté du gite, et, de surcroît, le temps ; même ci quelques degrés en moins auraient été les bienvenus. Je recommande ce lieu aux amoureux de la nature.

Maison agréable et bien située pour aller marcher. Proche des départs de randonnées. Propriétaires sympatiques et accueillant. Les chambres sont en enfilade donc pas très pratique sauf une chambre double

Ideale ligging om veel te bezoeken met de motorfiets.
Huisje in een klein dorpje,dus stil en rustig. Wij waten met 3 motoren,welke allen binnen konden staan in de garage. De auto kon nog binnen in de andere garage. Van daar uit is het prachtig toeren,zowel met auto als moto. Je zit op max +/- 60 km van zowel Basel,Colmar ,Fribourg als Mulhouse,dus van alles te bezoeken. Met de moto rij je van in het naast liggende dorpje rechtstreeks de Grand Ballon op. Prachtig. Het huisje zelf is proper,en alles is aanwezig,maar is een beetje verouderd. Toch zeer goed. Ik zou zeker terug gaan.

Prettige woning in rustig dorp
Alles wat we nodig hadden voor een weekendje weg was aanwezig. Contact met de eigenaar bij boeking verliep snel en prettig. Direct vanuit het dorp zijn meerdere wandelroutes te volgen. Enige 'nadeel' is de kerkklok elk kwartier, maar dat is volledig buiten de invloed van de eigenaar natuurlijk.

wunderbar!
Wir haben uns im blauen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Dorf ist schnuckelig, direkt am Haus beginnt der Wanderweg in den Wald hinauf und es ist sehr ruhig. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und einfach, dafür sehr gut ausgestattet mit Küchenutensilien und sauber, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es keine in nächster Nähe, aber im Nachbarort eine Bäckerei und zum Supermarkt sind es 10 Minuten. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons découvert une superbe région. Nous avons apprécié le calme du village. Maison propre, literie confortable. Seul petit bémol, il faudrait que pour récupérer les clés on sache oú aller. (Gîte ou maison du propriétaire). Location a recommander.

Ravi de ce séjour familial en Alsace.
Je recommande cette location et ses sympathiques propriétaires. La location et ses deux étages communiquant ont parfaitement convenu à notre famille (2 + 3). Nombreuses chambres et couchages, bon chauffage, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, y compris un bon accès au wifi. A refaire à l'occasion d'un passage dans cette belle région.

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants très souriant .
Le logement est propre très bien chauffé il y a tout le confort nécessaire. Un petit conseil si vous y allez en hiver prévoir des pneus neige. Le logement est dans un endroit très calme vous pouvez vous y reposer sans problème.

séjour en altitude à un quart d'heure du parc du petit prince
Nous avons été très agréablement accueillis avec de petits cadeaux du terroir. Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis "comme chez nous". Les enfants se sont naturellement répartis les chambres du Rez de chaussée, nous laissant celle du premier. Un environnement d'un calme très reposant, nous envisageons de renouveler cette escapade au moment des marchés de noël, si notre voiture peut monter les côtes, ce qui n'est pas sûr, la rue des jardins a une pente de 17 %, donc accrochez vous. Encore merci pour cet agréable séjour familial

Kurzurlaub in den Vogesen
Unsere Familie - 5 Erwachsene - hat sich zu einem Kurzurlaub in den Vogesen entschlossen. Wir waren sehr gespannt, wie es sein würde und wir wurden sehr angenehm überrascht, sowohl von dem warmherzigen Empfang durch Familie Lieb ( nomen est omen ), als auch vom idyllischen Ambiente des Häuschens und der ganzen Umgebung. Alles war genauso, wie wir es uns gewünscht hatten: Das gemütliche Wohnen mit Grillabend, die wunderbare Ruhe zum Entspannen und die herrliche Luft haben uns allen sehr gut getan und wir werden bestimmt gerne wiederkommen.
