"A beautifully renovated barn with all the charm. We had a wonderful stay with our two young children and dog. Every aspect of the stay was brilliant. The barn was toasty warm, the kitchen stocked with all appliances, the beds comfy and the lounging area relaxing. There is also a great sustainable ethos with the stay. The host was super friendly and knowledgable about the local area. I highly recommend and we will be going again."

Die Zimmer sind sehr sehr sauber und auch bequem Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich mit frisch gebackenen Köstlichkeiten. Die hausgemachten Marmeladen sind extrem gut. Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden und würden die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. "

This is perfect if you want a stay in the mountains around Colmar and want to enjoy driving the roads and switchbacks around Les Voges and Hautes Rhein regions. The bad reviews are from people who expected a 4 star hotel, with room service, and no rooster to announce dawn in the mornings. The local almond croissants and cakes in Orbey were wonderful, & there is a fully stocked...
