"I’d booked this hotel to break up 2 long drives. The only reason I chose it was that there was an on site restaurant. Was informed the restaurant was not going to be open via an email a few hours before we arrived. Frankly I wouldn’t have booked had I known this beforehand. "

"Cleanliness was a real issue. Disgusting false eyelash stuck on the quilt. Carpet and window sills not clean. No staff or reception when corporate card didn’t work. No facilities beyond room."

"The condition of the property in general was below average, signs of previous damage to doors and locks, WC cistern hanging sideways but still working and my mattress sagged in the middle, though the Manager was very friendly and helpful."

"The location is not particularly exciting, but there is green all around. Of the apartment I liked the bathroom and found the bedroom too small. On the whole, the apartment is OKAY. Unfortunately, the Internet connection did not work well."

"Sehr freundlicher Empfang der Besitzerin, die man allerdings vorher mit Angabe der Ankunftszeit anrufen muss, da der Empfang nicht permanent besetzt ist. Zimmer (unter der Dachschräge) sehr sauber und gut mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Wegen der Dachschräge ist die Kopfhaltung nicht immer optimal, aber für einige wenige Übernachtungsnächte erträglich. Zimmerservice hatten wir keinen, aber vielleicht ist das übers Wochenende normal. "Alle Hotels in Innenstadt waren ausgebucht, deswegen Appartement trotz knapper Beschreibung und ohne Bewertungen gebucht. Erster Kontakt mit Vermieter war freundlich. Standort ist in Echt um 2km! falsch und bei den Köln Arcaden. Informationen zu überhaupt keinen Parkplätzen am Haus wären gut gewesen. Schlüssel waren wie besprochen vor der Appartementtüre. Aber ins Haus bin ich erst gekommen als Jemand anderes die Tür aus dem Haus gekommen ist und ich die offene Türe benutzt habe. Sachen...
