The king bed in the open downstairs master was so comfortable! Our sons had their own spaces that were made up for them on very comfy beds and loved relaxing in the open kitchen area. The 10th is an interesting, provincial part of Paris. Cute place and reasonably priced- The only caveat is for taller people w lowish ceiling on the stairs. "
