Spacious loft in Art Nouveau area

The house is located in the prestigious quiet center in the heart of Riga's Art Nouveau area, advantageous for exploring the city. It takes only 10 min by foot through parks and beautiful streets, rich with Art Nouveau buildings to Riga Old Town, Opera house, Riga Yacht Port on riverside and many other nice Riga characteristic sights. Small restaurants and cozy cafes serving delicious cakes are located nearby.
130 m2 apartment in general consists of 3 rooms. Spacious living room (72 m2!) and 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The apartment is suitable for 4 persons, but can guest up to 6 persons. There is comfortable double bed in main bedroom and pull-out sofa in the living room. Other comfortable double bed is located in separate bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen is not separated from living room to enjoy your time together when preparing your own meal. And there is a large wooden dinning table in the room with a French style balcony. And we have a roof terrace with a panoramic view as well! The master bathroom is equipped with bath, shower, toilet, bidet and two sinks. The other bathroom has shower, toilet and sink. For guests convenience, fresh bed linen and towels are provided as well as bathing cosmetics and tea, coffee etc. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, hair-dryer, iron. Due to large windows, the apartment is always full of light. The apartment is air-conditioned.
There is WiFi. Please be aware that the apartment is located on the FIFTH FLOOR and there is NO ELEVATOR in the building!

Angenehme Wohhung in einer angenehmen Stadt
Man muss weit hinauf steigen, 96 Stufen haben wir gezählt, aber der Aufstieg lohnt sich: Eine helle, geräumige Dachwohnung, mit großen Fenstern. Die Dachterrasse haben wir nicht benutzt, da uns die Stufen ohne Geländer, die da hinauf führen, ein wenig gefährlich zu sein schienen . Aber das ist nur ein kleiner Einwand. Eine andere, winzige Anmerkung noch: Wer selbst kochen möchte, wird dazu nur einen Topf vorfinden. Aber damit genug gemäkelt. Wir haben die Woche in dieser schönen, sehr ruhigen Wohnung ebenso genossen wie die Stadt Riga im Ganzen und können beides unbedingt empfehlen.

tolle Wohnung
Wer gerne groß und wenig in geschlossene Räumen liebt, für den ist diese Wohnung die richtige. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll. Bei der Terasse sollte man allerdings schwindelfrei sein und es gibt leider keine Sitzmöbel dafür.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Kurzer Fussweg - vorbei an Jugendstilhäusern und durch Parkanlagen - bis in die Altstadt. Von der Terrasse aus sieht man über die Dächer von Riga.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Geschäfte und die Altstadt sind leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ansonsten ist die App taxify eine sehr gute Option. :)

Enjoy Riga in comfort
The loft was very spacious and beautifully appointed and well furnished with everything needed for our stay. Would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to be near easily accessible parts of Riga. Only down side is the absence of a lift. Apartment is on 5th floor, 94 steps up, I counted them everytime, did wonders for my conditioning!
