This spacious and newly refurbished flat is located in the heart of historic Riga, within beautifully restored Art Nouveau building. There are plenty of cafe's and restaurants right at the doorstep. Old town, parks and railway station are all within walking distance.

It's a 70 sq.m. tastefully designed and fully furnished apartment with kitchen, bedroom, lounge / second bedroom and spacious bathroom. The kitchen & dinning room is fully equiped with oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher. All dishes, cutlery, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine etc. are provided. The bedroom has King size double bed with comfortable pocket spring & memory foam mattress. The lounge / second bedroom is a separate room with double sofa-bed, coffee table and armchair.

We provide all bedding, towels, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. Washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

Apartment is connected to high speed wi-fi.

Secure parking is available for 6 Euros per day.
Additional cleaning can be requested in the middle of the stay for extra charge.

The apartment is strictly non-smoking and is equipped with smoke detectors.
