"Staff was super helpful and friendly! Definitely make up for the place. Breakfast was nice as well as bar area in the evening. This hotel is a bit dated in their rooms, specially bathrooms as well as no USB chargers. SPA area is nice, yet lacking free drinking water. Strange shopping facilities inside the building, reminding some Turkish hotels. Overall I'd say this hotel is 3* rather than anything more."

"Amazingly friendly staff, really excellent cook-to-order breakfast and a top-cozy room with an almost private rooftop terrace plus the best possible location in the heart of the old town... simply top-notch!"

"Hotel has the feel of a castle. Room with high ceiling and nice decor. Ten minutes' walk to the train station. Plenty of convenience stores and budget restaurants (E.g. Lido) nearby. No kettle in the room."
