"Lynn was very helpful. She greeted us as we drove into the driveway during a downpour, arranged our parking, and brought us in followed by a nice tour of the home and the procedures to follow. Instead of breakfast we were offered some packaged pastry from a gas station. Plus, there were a bunch of insects in the room.
