This delightful vacation home is located in a beautiful Catalan country estate in the middle of the Costa Brava. The completely renovated accommodation offers 4 bedrooms and a spacious living room with integrated kitchen. You'll love the gorgeous outdoor area: you can expect a large in-house pool, which is fenced for the safety of traveling children, a spacious barbecue area that promises fun gatherings with the whole family, and a spacious communal garden where younger guests can let off steam to their heart's content. The apartment is located 2 kilometers from the village of Riells, where all services are available. It is also only 20 kilometers to the beaches of Calella, Malgrat and Blanes. The road leading to the accommodation is partially unpaved.

Note: This vacation home is rented only to families and guests over 30.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 17.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.

Enjoyable.
The appartment is a part of the main building where the owners family are living. This was a surprise but the family is very friendly and helpsom, although not quite fluent in english. The house location is by a quiet country road with forrest nearby and smaller villages. Not many good restaurants we could find. It would have been more enjoyable if there was more privacy. House was clean and tidy at arrival.
