"Wir haben für 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) ein Zimmer gebucht, haben jedoch ein Zimmer mit nur einem Doppelbett erhalten. Als ich nachgefragt habe, wusste natürlich niemand Bescheid, da dies sonst die Zimmermädchen machen würden. Die zwei unfreundlichen Damen haben dann zwei weitere Damen gebeten, das Sofa zu beziehen und Decken/Kissen zu bringen. Das klappte dann auch, während wir das Abendessen eingenommen haben. "We had two family apartments. One which was the main floor, and one on the third floor. The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours.
