"Staying at the Schatzlhof is almost a lifetime experience. This cozy hotel has a lot to offer: wonderful environment, very quiet, lots of hospitality, great service, outstanding cuisine, and lots of homemade treasures (venison, huge variety of liquors up to home-made whiskey). There are around 200 European elks in a beautifully fenced area, spectacular. Highly recommendable..."

"Great parking and entrance areas, the staff were all very kind ava helpful, and the room was perfect. Everything was clean. It was a shared bathroom but that's no problem at all. It was a good, spacious bathroom. "

"We absolutely LOVED this little gem of a place. We stayed here one night on our road trip through beautiful Germany. Clean bright room with lovely comfy beds. "Older property, but they have obviously been investing and modernizing recently. There's an amazing new playground and walking area behind the first building and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is pretty deep everywhere, but a fairly good temperature and very clean and nice. Our two kids enjoyed it, but only because one can swim and the other still has water wings. With the included Aktivcard, all the local swimming pools are included, so you can also just go to one of them...

"Older property, but they have obviously been investing and modernizing recently. There's an amazing new playground and walking area behind the first building and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is pretty deep everywhere, but a fairly good temperature and very clean and nice. Our two kids enjoyed it, but only because one can swim and the other still has water wings. With the included Aktivcard, all the local swimming pools are included, so you can also just go to one of them instead. We were really surprised at what all was included with the card and were wishing we had more time to make use of it. Definitely a bargain and we will be back! :-) Oh yeah, beautiful view as well! (We were on the 7th floor.)"
