"Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für eine Fanilienfeier gebucht mit insgesamt 19 Personen. Jedes Zimmer hatte sein eigenes Bad, was für eine große Gruppe perfekt war. Jeder hat seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit und es gibt kein Stau im Bad. Die Küche war allerdings nicht komplett für so viele Personen ausgestattet. Kochen für 19 Personen ist schwer, aber machbar. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. This was a good vantage place for the many local points of interest as well as an Herbstfest in Rosenheim, a day trip to Sazburg and to München. "Die Besitzerin war sehr unfreundlich und launisch. Check in haben wir ewig gewartet und dann wurden wir unfreundlich empfangen. Zimmer war für 2 Personen viel zu klein und es gab kein Bett nur eine ausziehbare Couch, die sehr unbequem war und für 2 Personen ungeeignet. Alles in einem ; Nie wieder !!!!! Nicht weiter zu empfehlen für den Preis und den schlechten Empfang."

"if you really want to experience Bavaria, this apartment is a great choice. Frau Kienast and her husband were great hosts who have a very clean, spacious and well appointed apartment. We had a car to tour around the alpine lake region, and the access to the necessary autobahn routes was easy from this property.
