This luxurious chalet apartment offers 150m2 of living space and extends over the ground floor and first floor of the holiday chalet. On the ground floor is the living room with couch furniture, reading corner and large dining table. For entertainment, a large flat screen. The open-plan and spacious designer kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, infrared hob, coffee machine and dishwasher and also includes a bar counter and the rustic oak dining table with a lookout bench. Due to the hillside there is on one side access to a nice balcony with dining table and view of the lake. The slope-facing side has a large wooden deck with seating and sun loungers. A separate day toilet with washer and dryer and the cloakroom next to the entrance complete the facilities on this floor.





Through a staircase leads to the through the open wooden beams particularly cozy acting attic. On this level are three bedrooms and two adjoining bathrooms. The largest bedroom is equipped with double bed, TV, balcony with morning sun, spacious closet space and private bathroom en-suite with rainfall shower, bath and toilet particularly comfortable. The second double bedroom is furnished with box-spring beds and offers views of the lake from the bed. The third bedroom has two single beds and is ideal for children. For the other two bedrooms a bathroom with shower and toilet is available. In front of these rooms is the cozy roof-gallery with couch and access to the large panoramic balcony, which offers a wonderful view of the lake, the mountains and the royal castles.
