"Ein schönes Hotel, bestehend aus mehreren, miteinander verbundenen Häusern. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine Thermen-Welt, die durch einen Poolbereich auf dem Dach abgerundet wird. Das Hotel verfügt über eine recht große Tiefgarage. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Personal immer freundlich. Bei der Anreise stehen Gepäckwagen zur Selbstbedienung bereit. Hier hätte ich mehr Service erwartet. Auch die Mittagsbewirtung auf der Terrasse (am Samstag) war etwas holprig. Alles in allem trotzdem ein...

I arrived at the hotel prior to the stated check-in time, however was surprised to find that there was no receptionist and the hotel was completely closed. Calling the phone number on the door didn't resolve anything as it went to a voicemail box. "One of the best stays I've ever had. Truly wonderful place with lovely staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast is amazing. The room was large and had everything we needed. Set in a beautiful town. I highly recommend."
