Welcome to 'Cedar Cove Cabin'!

As you cross over the covered bridge, you know you've truly entered a special place. The natural surroundings of tall oak trees and gentle rolling hills accentuate the beauty of this all log cabin Ozark community. At night the bridge, as well as all the cabins are lit up to create a glowing atmosphere!

Arriving at 'Cedar Cove Cabin' you will notice that it sits directly in front of the community pool( seasonal), and playground. You will be able to relax on the large back deck while you watch your children frolic and play within feet of the cabin. Enjoy the stunning views of rolling hills, woods and a large pond. The deck is equipped with a patio table with six chairs and a gas grill for your grilling.

Inside the cabin the cathedral ceilings, large windows and rustic furnishings are designed to make you feel right at home. Relax in rustic elegance on the log furniture in front of the stone wood-burning fireplace. Your wood is complimentary on the front porch.

The Master Bdr has a King Log Bed, 2nd Bdr has a Queen Log Bed, 3rd Bdr has Full over Full Log Bunk Beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Rustic Cabin in the woods
Fantastic property. It has a real cozy feel. Very quiet in the evenings for sitting out on the large deck. Close to Big Cedar and other attractions. We had absolutely no complaints or issues. Will recommend to our friends.

Great getaway
Loved our stay at the Cedar Cove cabin. It was in a great location for a quiet stay and not too far from town. My only downside would be how lpw the shower heads are. I am 5'5" and i had to duck down to wash my hair. It wont keep me from staying here again as we really enjoyed the cabin pverall.

First of all the cabin was very nice, clean, beds were comfortable and location was great. We did not use the pool but it was available. Check in was easy, would recommend to any group or family wanting to stay in Branson. Thank you very much!

Cabin was perfect for our 2 small kids and grandma and grandpa. Plenty of space and a very clean cabin. Only drawback was that the property could use some tlc as far as the playground and trails around the cabin go.

The cabin was beautiful. The location was perfect.
Our family spent a long weekend in this stunning cabin. Every thing was there that we needed and then some. The view of the pool and playgrounds is ideal for families traveling with children. We made wonderful memories playing games and telling ghost stories on the huge deck. Then when it was time for bed everyone had their own rooms and space to retire to. We will defiantly definitely be back.

Nice cabin. Good location. We enjoyed being able to see the pool from the back deck. Needs some maintenance work. Back door doesn’t securely shut, it can just be pushed open if not locked. Sliding glass doors don’t lock. Shower heads are so short, none of my family except kids could stand under them. TONS of flies inside. Water faucet on jacuzzi tub sprays everywhere. Gets the entire wall wet. There’s a Huge pot hole in the driveway entrance.

Mouse House
First appearances of the cabin seemed great. Nice décor, clean and great location to the playground/pool. That’s where it ended. The first night was filled with sounds of mice running wildly the entire night above all of the bedrooms. We notified Darla of the issue the next morning and she was going to send an exterminator over. A couple arrived later that morning without any type of company name on their clothing or vehicle. They took pictures of the attic with their cell phone and put more mice poison up there (they said there was already poison up there). My husband had to tell them to please vacuum up the mice feces that had fallen all over the carpet in the two bedrooms when they opened up the attic accesses. The next two nights were filled with sounds of mice dying and still scampering around. Every morning and night was filled with packing up our bags and keeping them in our vehicle, so mice would not get in them. Our food had to be kept shut up in coolers. My 6-month-old baby could not lay/scoot around on the floor for fear of mice feces. I totally understand it is hard to keep mice out of cabins, especially in the cold weather – but we felt Darla did not take our complaints to heart. She never checked again on how our stay was, never offered to compensate us a night or anything for the terrible stay. Usually they say you are sad for your vacation to be over – this one I couldn’t wait to be home.

Spring break
My sister and I took our four kids to stay in the cabin for a long weekend. Unfortunately we had several issues during our stay. Check in time is at 3:00 but the housecleaner wasn't finished until 4:15. Also, while she was there, a plumber was fixing the hot water heater. She left us with a load of wet towels in the dryer and also said the cable TV was out in the main room and that the repairman would be by the next day between 2-4. I called Darla and she apologized and told me Joe (head of the cleaning company) would be there to let the cable man into the unit. She also offered to credit us one night's stay for the inconvenience. The next day we returned to the cabin around 2:30 to find the front door wide open and the cable man working. Joe was no where to be found and the cable man told me the owner gave him the door code. I texted Darla and she denied knowing anything about this. This was very concerning to me as we had left all of our belongings there. The cable man worked for about an hour repairing a cut line and also tried to help us get internet that was usable (Darla has a very cheap router that was worthless). After this issue, we discovered that the last renters' dirty dishes were left in the sink. In fact, most of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. Darla also told me that the front door would be coded for us but that didn't happen. Instead, when I called her the first night (when we were locked out with four kids), she gave me the master code. A circuit blew in the hall bathroom (we didn't even have anything plugged in) and I texted her about it. She never responded. Overall, the cabin has a lot of potential but management really needs to get on the ball.

Perfect for our family of five. Plenty of space for the kids to spread out or retreat when needed. Beds are super comfy, kitchen had everything we needed. Grill worked great. 20 minutes from everything. Liked not being in town.
