Kick back and relax in this completely newly remodeled lake front house!!
We just finished a full remodel and are so excited to get it open to others to relax and enjoy this spectacular lake view!
We are just 30 seconds ohh Hwy 86….and 10 mins from Top of the Rock, Big Cedar Lodge, Payne’s Valley Golf (Tiger Woods) and Dogwood Canyon!!!
The space
Newly remodeled modern interior lake front home. This house is located on a 70 ft bluff overlooking an incredible view on Table Rock Lake.
We are just across the Hwy 86 bridge and look across the lake to Long Creek Marina.
You can sometimes see bald eagles fishing for food in the mornings! You’ll love the view of the lake and sky, lake wildlife and unbelievable sunsets. Truly amazing!!

1800 sq ft lake front home with 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms.
Master- King bed and 65" tv with master spa bathroom
Bedroom 2- Queen bed with adjacent full bathroom
Bedroom 3- 2 Queen beds
Kitchen/Dining/Living- New 75" tv, new dining table & chairs, modern electric
fireplace, all brand-new furniture. Full lake views that are relaxing and
amazing.
Downstairs- Large Family Room with brand-new sectional sofa and 86" theater tv and sound!!

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights. It is in a great location. The house was great and the view of the lake was amazing! The communication with the host was great and he made sure we had a great stay! I highly recommend this property if you are in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Lake View
Great location near Big Cedar and Long Creek Marina. The deck provides a great setting especially in the morning and evening. The house is comfortable and clean. Needs some work on a few minor items.

Worst Vacation Rental Experience ever
The owner would not let us check in 1 hour early, as we stated we were in town for daughters wedding and needed to get ready for rehearsal dinner. He said he had another property available, which we agreed to switch. He sent us the address, which was a house under construction. We starting heading to other house since we were no behind schedule. He finally reached back out to us with correct address and said we couldn't use the original booking as there was septic issue...first sign of integrity of owner. He failed to give us code to get in....another 10 minutes for get a response for that. The house was dirty with sticky floors, which the owner stated was the new cleaner they were using. There were no check in instructions and we had to reach out several times for questions including internet. The fridge/freezer were full of food, probably from the owner. The grade of the road is too steep and cars were spiinnig wheels to get out. We were forced to go the house next door to get scrap wood to get the car out. There are no garbage cans other than a small kitchen one. We received check out instructions 11pm the night before our am departure. I placed all the garbage bags(7) in front of gargage as directed by host. I did not see the flower arrangements from the wedding that were left by door. It was the equivalent of 1 garbage bag. The owner than sent a rude text, followed by a phone call. He was aggressive and threatened me, telling me to come over and kick my a@@.

Immaculate Updated Lake Front Property
From the moment we booked our stay we knew this was going to be the perfect spot for a multi family getaway! The host, Brant, was so helpful and made sure we were taken care of even before we arrived! The property is spacious, clean, updated beautifully and equipped with lots of amenities- multiple decks, a sunroom, lake view firepit and plenty of comfortable quality outdoor seating, great appliances, luxury bedding/towels & more. It is located close to local attractions but feels remote and like a secluded hideaway. And the lake view really can’t be beat- coffee on their deck was picture perfect! The best stay in Branson, honestly a hidden gem- we can’t wait to come back!!
