"For my purpose of visiting my son at Willamette University this property worked fine. It was an easy 4 blocks to his house and 6-7 blocks from campus. The price was very reasonable as well. And thy had a lot of channel choices on the TV which I appreciated. On the downside my room was a non-smoking room but smelled like tobacco smoke and the bed spread had several cigarette burn holes in it. "My co-workers and I enjoyed the property. This is a great rental at a good price (bring extra dining tables and chairs if you have more than 6 people or plan to eat out). Not sure what the winery season price is but the off-season was very reasonable. Plenty of parking available and the driveway is a flat, easy safe walk for those wanting to take a hike after a meal or get some exercise."
