This 3 BR, 3 full bath home (with an office and workout room) welcomes stays of all kinds.

Open floor plan! You'll still be shocked when you walk into the space. It has tons of character, something for all four seasons, and the backyard does not look like it belongs in Richmond, Virginia.

The upstairs is perfectly laid out for comfort. The master suite could be a stay in and of itself with a private bathroom complete with a shower and jacuzzi and the two guest rooms are spacious, equipped with mounted TVs and exude a feeling of cleanliness and zen.

Kid friendly: pack 'n play and high chair available upon request and kid plastic ware is stocked in the kitchen.

Versatile adult spaces: tables inside and out for gathering, games and relaxation; pool table, dart board, bar area, two wine fridges, adult beverage glasses, coffee options (keurig and a coffee pot) and office space equipped with a small library of diverse books.

Instructions to gain access to the property:
1. Tap the "yale" at the top of the Smart Lock on the front entry door
2. Enter in the last four digits to of your phone number
3. Press the green checkmark, wait 1.5 seconds and it will unlock to gain entry!
4. To lock inside simply turn the deadbolt, to lock when you leave tap the yale lock again.

Guest access the entire house! There are owners closets for linens and general cleaning, but a clothes rack is provided in the master and both guest rooms have large closets if needed!

The garage is locked and off limits to guests.

We are happy to help with whatever comes up (available via messaging from 7am-11pm and 24/7 for emergencies), love when our guests have perfect stays, have open ears to general feedback and will call our local partners if anything unexpected comes up!

Quiet, family friendly neighborhood. It is safe at night, and evening strolls one block behind the property are enjoyable and easy.

The house sits on the county side of Richmond's famous MONUMENT AVENUE. Just over one miles from interstate 64, 2.5 miles from interstate 95.

There is plenty of parking in the driveway. 4-5 cars can fit on the side driveway, while another 4-5 can fit in front of the property.

Uber is the way to go if you want a safe night out on the town!

There are three cameras on the property, all outside facing away from the house. One is front door, one back gate and the other is zoomed in on the skimmer opening in the pool to simply monitor if the water flow is happening as it should and the water color doesn't warrant attention. No other areas of the backyard are in view.

There are two fireplaces. The one in the living are is gas, serviced annually and available for use for 30 minutes at a time in the months of November, December, January and February. The foyer fireplace is just pretty to look at :-)

The pool is open from May 1st thru Halloween! These dates can be adjusted based on weather so please inquire. Update as of 4/28/24..POOL IS OPEN!
