This is not a good or excellent property. Old, warn out, a little scary. The dead bolt didn't work so I pushed a table in front of the door.

Old, dingy, falling apart. I don’t understand how to get have a good rating. After i prepaid she wanted to charge be and had a hard time verifying the reservation. Not recommended, creepy.

How did this dump get ratings of10 ??? It’s outdated, poor appearance in both exterior and interior areas. There are units for residents or long term. There landscaping vehicles and equipment in the parking lot. You’re lucky if you find a space to safely park your rental. Beware if you get a 3rd floor there is no lift system. I was pleased to find a superb restaurant for breakfast; they have limited service times and meal types of service. And they get swamped for breakfast service but you can do take out. It’s only 250 ft away. That’s about the most positive feedback I can give and the nightly rate.
