Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home, right in the heart of Richmond's historic Fan District. Close proximity to a multitude of attractions, including museums, shopping, restaurants and hospitals. Take a 10-minute walk to visit the Virginia Museum or grab a bite at Sticky Rice, just a block away.

This home is a large duplex unit in a stately Fan house, located on a corner so lots windows and street parking. With over 2000 sf, it has two bedroom suites, each with their own sitting room and full bathroom. One bedroom suite is downstairs and has a completely renovated bathroom, the other suite is upstairs with a retro vibe. Living room has a green futon couch for extra guests. Lots of separate spaces so guests have room to spread out or come together as a group.

Guests will have exclusive use of the covered front porch, an excellent perch for enjoying a beverage in the evening and watching folks walk/bike by.
