Not Royal, not Luxurious - this is a property in a housing development where many of the homes are the same. The master bathroom had a shower that trickled water, there were literally 4 forks in the kitchen,all the dishes were plastic and there were few lamps. However, the host was kind and responsive and my family could gather comfortably.

Excellent choice for a family
We stayed in this lovely home during Thanksgiving. My husband and I, our daughter and her husband, and our two grandchildren loved the spaciousness of the home, the large bedrooms, convenient bathrooms and the layout, especially the breakfast room-kitchen-family room combination. The property was super clean and nicely furnished in a quiet neighborhood, located about 20 minutes from everything we wanted to do and see. The property manager was very responsive to any questions I had and we communicated through text which was very convenient. We didn’t use the deck or the backyard but they are spacious if you rent in the warmer months. We would book it again!

Great Bedrooms
We rented this house as a central location to attend several family gatherings in the surrounding area. The home gets high marks for cleanliness and having all the necessary items for our stay. The fact that there were four bedrooms with king sized beds was a real selling point. It is unusual to find this many king sized beds in a rental and our guests found them to be roomy and comfortable. The main room was adequate, comfortable and arranged for good TV watching and conversation. The kitchen was large, with plenty of storage, a nice refrigerator and necessary supplies. This rental is recommended, with a warning for older people. The toilets are very low and there are a lot of steps to negotiate. The house is on a hill with a steep driveway and steps to the front door. All bedrooms are on the second floor with the accompanying staircase for access. This was no problem for our younger guests, but we found it to be taxing. Depending on your physical situation, the house is a good choice.

Wonderful Property Close to VCU
This is a wonderful property 10 minutes from the heart of the city. Beautifully decorated with ample room for the family, with many amenities, this house is in a very quiet neighborhood with grocery stores close by. I hope to stay here again for the next family gathering. Many thanks to the management for timely and clear instructions and quick response to questions.

Beautiful house
This house was not only beautiful but spacious too! Excellent neighborhood as well! It was perfect for our needs as a family of 5! 4 large and spacious king size bedrooms. Master bedroom has a master bath and his and her closets that I absolutely loved! Beautiful kitchen. Definitely would book this house again!
