Fees Upon Arrival
• Resort fee: $60/unit per night + tax. It includes:
• activities: select a maximum of 2/person per stay. More information is available at the reception
• gratuities for hotel staff including bellmen, housekeeping and floor valets; complimentary nightly parking; snacks and beverages in guestrooms; high-speed internet access; all local phone calls and a selection of daily resort activities.
Other Information
• Garage area can be transformed into additional living and sleeping space with a half bath. Please confirm with our team upon booking.
• Pets: $195/pet/stay (dogs only, max 2) (50lb weight limit per pet for up to 100 lbs for two pets). Please note that a $250 cleaning fee may be charged in the event of excessive cleaning needed due to pet hair or accidents.
• Activities: over 70 amenities available to resort guests. Exclusive experiences for Members include Tree Houses, Glamping Tents, and Traditional Upland Bird Hunting. More information is available at the reception.
• Babysitting services: we have a staff of highly experienced babysitters and can arrange for their services with advance notice.
• In-room dining: available to resort guests between 8 am to 9 pm.
• Dress code: the dress code at the Preserve is Resort Casual. However, collared shirts and closed-toe shoes are required in our dining venues and our shooting range. Additionally, long-sleeved collared shirts and closed-toe shoes are required for sporting clays.
• Laundry: Unit has a washer and dryer with detergent provided.
• A number of these units are available, and each is individually decorated. Layout, bedding configuration, decor, furniture, and view may vary.

• Self-parking: when you arrive to the property, you will check in with the guard house who will direct you to the parking area.
