Erin, our host was friendly and responsive to any requests we had. This location was a great way to take part in local activities and an easy drive to more historical visits.
My husband, kids, and I stayed here for a long weekend. Location was great. My daughter and I took our dog for multiple walks and always felt safe. Everything was clean and well prepared.
We had a wonderful stay at Erin's Oasis. It had everything we needed for our family. Our kids had a blast discovering all the connected rooms (which they called secret passageways!). Really cool property. It's old like many properties in the area, but clean and everything was working properly. Erin was very helpful and kind, and the location is great. We would definitely stay here again!
This house was perfect for our two night stay in Richmond to attend our son's soccer tournament. The house is immaculate and has everything advertised. The neighborhood is great and short drive/walk to downtown. Strongly recommend.
We had a great stay at Erin's Oasis. We had everything we needed and were quite comfortable. The house was clean when we arrived. Erin gave great suggestions on sites to visit with my two teenage granddaughters.
The property is lovely. It's in a residential neighborhood. We were attending our daughter's graduation from VCU. The property is a bit further from the university (15-20 minute drive) but good access to Shockoe Bottom, downtown and the river.
Exactly as described - Erin made sure we knew who she was when we arrived & that she was available for anything we needed. Neighborhood is quaint, friendly & close to what Richmond has to offer. Bottom line - we felt welcome, at home; and, truly immersed in the culture of Churchill.
Erin's Oasis is exactly that... an oasis. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and she thought of everything! It's quiet perfection, which was appreciated after a long day.
Thank you Erin! I'm sure we'll be back.
This rental was the first floor of an early 1900's house. We could tell the owner put a lot of love into decorating the bedrooms and bathroom. Lovely front porch to sit and watch the world go by. We meet three owner our second day there. Very warm and welcoming.
A friend and I stayed at this property during marathon weekend. It is a first floor apartment. The other unit for the property is upstairs. Every room in this unit has a door going through to the next room. It was a great location for getting to places in downtown Richmond.
What a lovely place! Check in was so easy. The property was clean. The layout of the home was great for our small family. It's a single level- so I didn't have to worry over stairs. And there are a set of double doors connecting the bedrooms- so I could rest easy in my own space but know the kids were right there and okay. It's a great location in RVA. It felt like it was just a quick 15 minutes away from everything. Cute neighborhood. Would stay again!
We loved the house with its high ceilings and historic home touches. It’s is a great walkable neighborhood. We hosted meals with several family members - including some very active kids who loved the walk to Chimborazo Park and the playground next to it!
Great quiet neighborhood within 20 minutes of everything
We stayed for a weekend and had a great time. We saw a bunch of "the sites", ate lots of great food, and enjoyed Richmond with everything being within about 20 minutes of the house. Inside was perfect for what we were looking for!
Cute historic property with a great backyard for our pup. We did not use the parlor because we loved sitting on the back deck. Bed was super comfy and neighborhood was great. We loved the Nile for Ethiopian cuisine. Would definitely stay here again.
