Great house
This was a great house in a nice neighborhood. There was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Clean and family friendly
Property was very clean and big.The yard was also pretty spacious for kids to run in. Host was very accesible and answered promptly. My only pointer would be that the community pool (which is very nice) is seasonal so it may or may not be open during your stay.

Did we Clean?
It was obvious the Kitchen wasn't cleaned and sanitized. There was an open water bottle on the island. Crumbs on the island. There were food particles in the refrigerator along with sticky shelves with purple residue(jelly,jam ?). Sticky shelves in freezer.The stove had alt of grease that has wasted in the bottom.Floors in one of the bathroom had several textures of hair . Dead roach in entry way .

Quiet Neighborhood
Overall, it was a great place. We were there for a wedding, and it was a very convenient location. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and felt safe. The cleaning left a bit to be desired and even though it was a nonsmoking location it smelled like someone had smoked inside. A quick trip to the store for some air fresheners helped. Two of the bedrooms have fairly small beds. One is a single day bed with a trundle underneath that we did not use. The other is a full size. The other two are queen beds. The dining room table is a fold up table with fold up chairs. Not an issue for us but if your thing is hanging out around the dining room table it is something to note. The host was responsive and accommodating. I would consider staying here again if I went back to the Houston area.

Close enough to Houston but not Houston
We spent several days touring around Houston and the area but wanted to stay outside of the city. This is a really nice property, well maintained, and I would gladly stay here again. There are some really nice restaurants in the area as well if you don't want to drive into the city.
