"Very modern and lots of space. We were a bit confused on how to set up the sofa bed but that was purely user error lol. The only thing we didn’t like was the fact that there were no blinds on the patio door, especially since we were on the first floor. We ended up using a blanket to cover it up :)"

"My biggest complaints would be that there were dirty dishes in the cupboards so I ended up washing most of them before using them. There were several lights out or not working in the apartment. The kitchen is very small which is okay but not well pictured in the listing. No extra toilet paper just the single half roll you get when arriving. "Nice apartment within a larger old building. Perfect for our evening out. We did dinner at Rappahannock (2 blocks away) and a show at The National (5 or 6 blocks). And best part was the walk up pizza place across the street. We got a couple slices at 12:30 am on the way back home. No issues with this place. "

"This is a comfortable place to spend a few days in Richmond and the pictures in the listing tell the story accurately. Steps from Perly's, Stella's grocery and everything else downtown, yet feels calm and quiet in the apartment.There was a persistant acrid smell, like burnt rubber or wires in the bathroom the whole time, which would not clear even with the exhaust fan. "Property was great! Two small things that need to be change; 1. Closet needs an actual closet hanging bar, the curtain rod is not sturdy and insufficient to hang clothes during stay. 2. Need a real deadbolt."

"We loved this condo. It’s cute and cozy and just felt like home away from home. Everything we needed was there and then some. The pool was great. The neighborhood and location can’t be beat. We can’t wait to return. "

"Communication was wonderful! Responded right away to any questions/concerns we had. Size was exactly what we needed. We utilized the kitchen and washer/dryer! The apartment was clean. "We decided to stay 2 nights and explore Richmond on our way from NY to Fl. The unit was exactly as described. I thought it was going to be small, but there was plenty of room. Upstairs of a building, easy to find parking. I took advantage of the yoga studio down stairs. Pizza place right across the street and dinner options in walking distance. Comfortable bed, modern kitchen and bath. Overall a great stay."

"Next to Pizza Bones and a half block from Union Market, where I ate regularly. The only drawback is not the owner's fault. Richmond, Virginia has unreliable infrastructure. Several times a year, the power goes out in entire neighborhoods. This time, the power went out in the water treatment plant and this caused the water to shut off for all of Richmond for about two days. No way to flush a toilet! No way to wash your hands! "We stayed here as a family while attending our granddaughters volleyball tournament. Go JoCo!We felt it was better than a cramped and noisy hotel. We were right! The apartment was spotless, very well appointed and extremely comfortable. We will stay there again when in town for another tournament!Thank you!"

Great hotel!

"Second time staying here. I love the high ceilings, large room size, and the pillow top queen beds. Awesome shower. Large tv. Location is very convenient. The valet staff are very friendly and prompt. We haven’t had a chance to eat on site but looked popular and the bar had some good live jazz playing. Also interested in trying the pool next time, we will be back! Thanks for a great stay!"
