This recently renovated duplex home has everything you need for your next stay in the Tri-Cities - it is specially equipped for medium and long-term stays. The home is located on a quiet private road, just minutes to Kadlec & Hanford - with easy access to food, shopping, and activities. A fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare and enjoy your favorite meals. Bedrooms have room-darkening curtains to help you sleep better. Laundry room with washer and dryer so you can have fresh and clean clothes throughout your stay. Take advantage of a private patio and BBQ grill to further enhance your stay. We are a pet-friendly property and welcome your furry friends.
We offer free gym access to stays over 30 days! Plus we can schedule professional cleaning service, personalized grocery delivery and even a rental car.

Nice interior in quiet neighbor
Property was super clean inside and nicely remodeled. Communication was excellent and was very comfortable there. Neighborhood is older however relatively well maintained I had a great stay.
