"Walked into a 45 degree room that took four hours to heat up, window sills and walls by shower are filthy, sign in elevator says no continental breakfast on fri/sat/sun but they had one, no garbage can in breakfast area, broken outlet cover in breakfast area, bottom safety handle in shower not attached, bathroom fan quit working, not enough signage in the bldg to find the lobby We stayed here one year ago and had none of these problems, they are letting it go downhill"

"A fabulous getaway for our family. Beautiful log home and property, lots of space for 5 adults, had everything we needed. It was a cold weekend but the house was cozy and warm. We enjoyed a fire in the outdoor fire pit and explored some of the property. Great communication by the host, pleasant and friendly. "
