"Gorgeous property, very clean with all amenities provided. Derek is quick to respond to messages and very helpful. It's the perfect cabin for a group of friends or a family. The property is surrounded by a river on 3 sides and the sound of the water makes for the perfect peaceful retreat. We're planning on coming back during swimming season!"

"The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped throughout. Location was great for easy ski-on access too. The upstairs unit had some loud occupants, not sure if it was the neighbors or same owner unit, but it sounded like they were stomping or jumping off furniture throughout our stay unfortunately. Every morning we dropped the girls at Jay Peak, then myself, wife and dogs, hiked, relaxed, napped and enjoyed the quiet. Would love to do it again!"

Great ski vacation

"We stayed 6 days, my wife, daughter and friend, and our two dogs. Roomy and clean, very beautiful cottage. Fully appointed kitchen with all the supplies one needs. We built a fire in the big handsome fireplace, also with all the tools needed. We appreciated the choice of two dining areas, we pretty much stuck to the breakfast nook.
