"This was the worst hotel stay in my 27 years of life. From start to finish the apple tree inn did not fail to disappoint. There was no one manning the front desk- it took nearly 10 minutes to get someone to come man said front desk. The check in process was slow. I was checking in at 8 PM- my room was not ready. I was not told this by the front desk and when I got to my room I was told it would be done “in about 10 minutes”. I left to continue my night and upon return, the door was left wide...

"This is a well seasoned property with great amenities and excellent service and staff. Clearly the dinged up corners, hard laboring toilets, and slow closing elevator (that nearly didn’t open once!) need maintenance or replacement, but otherwise we had a great experience and the people are excellent, especially the lady that prepares the breakfast!"
