Surrounded by greenery, on a hill, a short distance from the sea and the trails of the Cinque Terre, Lerici and Portovenere. Solarium, trails, private parking and garden with barbecue and wood-burning oven.
A large panoramic terrace allows guests to eat outside, observing the heights of the gulf. You can have lunch and dinner cooking grills and cakes in the barbecue and wood-burning oven located in the garden; by candlelight surrounded by the peace and tranquility of the countryside, admiring unforgettable scenery among olive groves and vineyards.
The structure is located directly inside the farm and is equipped with a solarium for free use by guests.

A few minutes away is the Vara river, suitable for swimming, which, crossing a splendid uncontaminated valley, hosts important canoe and kayak competitions.
In the city there are important museums: the seal museum; the civic museum, the CAMEC museum of modern and contemporary art, the Amedeo LIA museum; the diocesan museum; the naval museum at the military arsenal.
In Lerici a golf course.
The structure is ideally located to reach important places of art. Less than an hour away is the magnificent Florence, the monumental Pisa, Genoa and its aquarium, the heart of Lunigiana.

Beautiful place that felt like a different world
Everything was great, beautiful, relaxed, and plenty of room! The only difficulty is getting to and from la spezia and to town but there is a bus that comes in the morning and evening and taxis. Loved our time here!

Decent place
The accommodations we're nice although we only stayed for a few hours. The only issues we had was figuring out where to park because we came late at night. Also important to notice that although in the title it says Cinque Terre it's an hour drive through the mountains from the actual Cinque Terre. All in all if you're ok with the drive I'd recommend the place.

It had a lovely garden and a very relaxing atmosphere. Room was cool, comfortable, and clean.
Loved grilling while looking out at that wonderful view. The different levels each held distinctive and separate qualities that were all either relaxing or entertaining. Each day we discovered something new on the property. I loved our room I have never quite seen anything like it before and look forward to staying in any similar accommodations. Overall a 10 out of 10

Hébergement propre, accueil chaleureux, mais....c'est très loin de tout, l'accès aux logements n'est pas très pratique (surtout avec un gros véhicule), 4 lits dans la pièce principale avec cuisine (3 lits superposés et un lit double), deux autres chambres "troglodytes" dont une à l'ambiance très sombre. Heureusement que c'était pour une seule nuit!

Environnement magnifique, appartement agreable mais : Points negatifs: Arrivee confirmee a 14h attente 3h sur la terrasse car il n etait pas pret entree a 17h!!! Sur l annonce équipements proposes faux : pas de micro ondes, pas de grille pain, pas de lave vaisselle, machine a laver en panne, une porte de douche manquante, on cherche encore le spa la salle de sport etc etc. Acces et place de parking limité Pas rencontré les proprietaires, pas d info sur les choses eventuelles a faire.. Points positifs: Environnement très agreable, la propreté parfaite, linge de maison fournit : lit fait, serviette de bain, shampooing, savon, produit entretien, ustensile de cuisine... Nous avons passe un agréable sejour au calme avec une vue magnifique. Les 5 terre sont vraiment a voir Bravo malgre l attente de 3h aux personnels d entretien !!

Nous sommes venus à 2 couples avec 1 enfants chacun, tout c'est bien passé dans l'ensemble à part que l'annonce ainsi que les photos du site ne correspondent pas du tout . Il s'agit de photos des divers appartements alors attention aux groupes car nous avons dormi avec mon épouse dans la cuisine salle à manger pendant notre séjour donc aucune intimité. Pas de lave vaisselle,micro onde et structure de jeux pour enfants ,bon espace grillade et vu magnifique Resto sympa la pinède à proximité Dommage sur place aucun service pour déjeuner donc prévoir Endroit correct pour aller juste visiter les 5 terres et la région. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et avenants.

Siamo arrivati in loco e la risposta è stata non ci sono camere disponibili ma avevamo già pagato il proprietario ci ha lasciati al nostro destino senza trovare una soluzione, dopo tante ricerche da parte nostra abbiamo dormito in macchina !

Vacanze al filo d'arianna
Posto strategico per visitare le bellissime cinque terre e non solo, l'appartamento pulito ben servito ampio con bella terrazza ci ha consentito di soggiornare in 8 comodamente. La piscina anche se piccola ci ha regalato momenti di relax e refrigerio ....forse ottimizzando gli spazi esterni si potrebbe renderla ancora più bella. Nel complesso una bella esperienza.

Wunderschöner Ausblick und kinderfreundliches Personal
Die Lage ist ruhig und grün und der Ausblick von der Terrasse aus gigantisch! Das Personal ist sehr kinderfreundlich und der Pool eine super Erfrischung für die Kids. Leider hat die Wohnung nur ein Schlafzimmer, die 4 Kinder die wir dabei hatten mussten sich die Küche teilen in einem wackeligen Hochbett. Das Schlafzimmer hat leider kein Fenster und es ist dementsprechend muffig, aber kühl. Die Kinder haben sich sehr über die Katzen auf dem Anwesen gefreut. Da in dem Haus mehrere Feriengäste sind, die über die Terrasse der Wohnung in ihr Apartment kommen hat man leider nicht die volle Privatsphäre. Wichtig: man braucht ein Auto um vom Fleck zu kommen. Alles in allem aber ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt inmitten der Natur; wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren!

Oud interieur, matrassen aan vervanging toe. Erg fijn bij de warmte op het terras vaak een briesje, mooi uitzicht. Verder weinig te doen in omgeving.

Nous avion loué le studio manzi dont les photos sont correctes sur le site de la propriété par contre le site Abritel parlait de l’autre appartement et ne montrait que des photos de celui ci. Nous avons été très déçus de la communication Abritel!

POTENZIALITA' POCO SFRUTTATE!!!
Sono dispiaciuta perché ho prenotato diversi appartamenti attraverso questo sito e mi sono sempre trovata bene...questa volta invece il mio giudizio e' negativo. Il luogo potrebbe essere davvero delizioso ma l'incuria dei titolari lo rende addirittura ridicolo.La pulizia lascia a desiderare. Le indicazioni sono scritte sul muro con la vernice come i cartelli divertenti di Militello a striscia alla notizia. Appena arrivati se ne trova uno incomprensibile...che ti dovrebbe far capire che in cima alla strada di fianco alla struttura non c'e' parcheggio...e neanche la possibilita' di fare inversione: risultato...tutta in retro fino alla strada principale per poi parcheggiare in strada. La piscina è sporca...e quella che viene definita palestra in realtà e' formata da qualche attrezzo abbandonato sotto le intemperie. Il bbq e' arrugginito e marcio. Appesi alle ringhiere ci sono dei vasi con fiori finti cinesi che danno quel tocco di TRISTEZZA!!! Nell'appartamento manzi una stanza e' cieca ed una cameretta ha due letti singoli praticamente sormontati e un ripostiglio a vista di brandine. Se non avete spirito di adattamento vi consiglio di stare alla larga da questa struttura.
