Detached villa for 6 people with private swimmingpool and view of the sea, few minutes away from the beach and from Tropea.
This detached villa in Capo Vaticano is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday on the coast of Calabria. The owners of Villa Tanja have completely renovated the house and transformed it into a lovely holiday home with a tasteful interior. The villa is located on a hill, just one kilometer from the wide sandy beach of Santa Maria. The villa is on one level and can accommodate 6 people; You will have access to a spacious living room, a complete kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms.

During your stay in the villa you will probably spend most of the time outside. The nice living room and the comfortable furnishings also make the house ideal for a stay in the low season. You also have access to a large garden and a terrace with a large dining table and barbecue. From the villa you can enjoy the sunset and the beautiful view of the Stromboli.
The large private swimming pool is under construction and will be completed by the end of 2022. Also from the pool you can look out on the azure blue sea of Calabria
