"Characterful property, well located just a short stroll along the waterside boardwalk into town, lined with bars and restaurants. 5 mins in the other direction to Princess Margaret Beach. Buses stop outside for direct access to the wider island. Staff brilliant and friendly. Good sized pool and lovely little beach area with loungers, umbrellas and table service, plus decent snorkling. Fantastic dining area overlooking the bay. We stayed in the main house balcony room which was furnished with everything we needed, aside perhaps for some shade outdoors. Would stay again and recommend to others."

"Great location. Right on the beach for swimming and snorkelling Staff polite friendly. Restaurant has good food. It is a 25 minute walk into town … too hot to walk in the middle of the day. Cheap van buses … a crazy ride into town for a few dollars, otherwise taxis which can be quite expensive. About $80 ECB from the airport. Need cash …a cashier at the airport. No ATMs at the airport. Closest ATM to this hotel is by the old airport "

"I only stayed for a day for the Australia vs Afghanistan World Cup game - but it’s a “must visit again” island and beachcombers was very convenient and the service was excellent. I had breakfast and dinner here - highly recommend. All was very enjoyable. "
