A well-kept, lush, Mediterranean style garden encompasses this exclusive property. Set in a splendid panoramic location, it offers charming views over the surrounding landscape and the sea. These views are to be enjoyed especially from its large, fully-equipped terraces and overflow, saltwater pool. The property, which has undergone recent renovations, features a welcoming interior furnished with taste and comfort in mind. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, heating, wi-fi, Sonos home audio system, Sat-TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Villa Argos consists of two levels (approx. 140 sqm). On the ground floor is a large, bright living room, a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, gas stove, microwave, espresso machine, toaster, dishwasher) and two luxurious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (one of which is accessed from outside). On the first floor, also accessible from outside, there is a third bedroom with a panoramic veranda and a bathroom with shower. The villa provides an excellent base for exploring the amazing surrounding area.
