Grocery 500 m, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 9 km, sandy beach 500 m pebble beach, shingle beach 20 m, rocky beach 2 km. Nearby attractions: Eraclea Minoa 12 km, Scala dei Turchi 30 km, Valle dei Templi Agrigento 42 km, Palermo 118 km, Trapani Traghetti per Isole Egadi 130 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Entrance via the external scale with 15 steps. The house consists of 4 apartments. Other restaurants (open from May to September) 500 m / 1 km.
1-room studio 50 m2 on 1st floor. Very simple furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double bed and TV. Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. Boiler (30 litres). No heating option. Terrace 20 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture. Mare stupendo!
Nulla da dire al mare e al posto fornito di tutto e a pochi passi. Supermercato, farmacia, ristoranti... Addirittura ogni mattina passa il furgoncino del pane! Il mare bellissimo, pulitissimo e anche la spiaggia che non è sabbiosa quindi munitevi di scarpette adatte ad entrare anche in acqua. La casa con una vista mozzafiato se non fosse per gli alberi fioriti che occupano l'80% della visuale! L'abbiamo trovata pulita ma da curare il bagno che purtroppo cade a pezzi. Gentili tutti del posto!

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer super Lage. Das Meer ist in direkter Nähe. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist in Richtung Meer gerichtet. Das Appartment ist groß und sehr stillvoll eingerichtet. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt :)
