Excellent villa in quiet area for all your family.

The house is situated in the center of the island and on the north coast near beaches and surrounded by green spaces. Rooms are large and individual. Each floor has two bed rooms, a full bathroom and a living room. It has free internet and a study / work desk. My space is good for couples, solo adventures, business travelers, families up to 10 people and groups. Backyard with barbecue, garage for treatment of clothes.

Relaxed location
Welcoming provided by Luis himself and at the airport followed by local treats in the fridge at the house itself were simple and tasty. Clean & fully equipped Spacious house for extra pax is guaranteed, we were 4 and experienced ecos!!! We had a somewhat tight schedule for what we wanted a to visit on a 3 night stay but the location of the house allowed us to organise 400km around the island. Thanks Luis, we will be back!

Excelente moradía para ferias, gostamos dos quartos amplos, sala grande e acolhedora, a cozinha tem tudo o que faz falta. Muito bem situada para quem tem carro e quer visitar a ilha toda. O proprietário muito simpático, sempre disponivel. Recomendo.

Queria deixar uma palavra de agradecimento não só pele exelente casa onde ficamos onde tinhamos todas as condições necessárias. Uma casa com exelentes áreas tanto interiores como exteriores ótimo para quem viaja com filhos pequenos. Que foi o meu caso bem como de 3 casais que viajaram comigo. Por ultimo deixar um obrigado ao Sr. Luis Rijo por toda a sua amabilidade e a forma que se mostrou sempre disponível para o que fosse preciso. Espero voltar a Ponta delgada e quando o fizer vou ter todo o gosto de voltar a ficar aí.
