The beautiful sandy beach is just a few steps away from here. The Wadden Sea and the island nature are also a special experience outside the bathing season. In spring and autumn, the island serves as a resting place for several million migratory birds. Experience the phenomenon of the black sun, when huge flocks of starlings almost eclipse the sun, visit the seals at Mandø in a tractor bus or take part in an oyster safari.
