"Wonderful hosts made us welcome and able to give lots of information about the area. Delicious breakfast, swimming pool and donkeys! The bedroom was comfortable with lovely views to the donkey enclosure. Clean, modern bathroom with small fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Air conditioning not effective unfortunately and outside cooking facilities require updating - lacking basic utensils and cleaning equipment- not a problem for a short stay but may be an issue for longer stays."

"This is a hidden gem! Patrick welcomes you warmly and makes you feel right at home. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The quiet and beauty of the gardens adds to the pleasure. The breakfast was delicious and the dinner incredible. Patrick was very helpful in assisting with making reservations for wine tastings in the area. I highly recommend staying here. "

"The welcome and hospitality for the Clos team is truly genuine and thoughtful. Rooms are big and comfy and the pool is a bonus. Location is an easy walk to everything and parking is right outside the door at a reasonable rate (plus Clos has a few stalls as well - but book in advance). Great visit - Merci!"

We ate out most of the time but everything appeared to be within the apartment for those who eat in. Furniture a bit jaded, but again for what I paid for it I can't complain. Would definitely return. "Helpful host who adjoins the property so any issues easily resolved as they are on hand. Was very hot when we stayed and although fans provided it made sleeping in the mezzanine very warm. The pool was a welcome relief and kept spotlessly clean by the host who shut it down each evening and cleaned each day. Lovely welcome ‘basket!’ of wine, bread, pizza etc. great location to visit Saint Emilion, Bergerac etc and lots of fabulous markers. Would stay again"
