La Casa de la Ria (II)

Our exclusive holiday homes, Las Casas de la Ria, recently refurbished, for up to 6 pers. each, are isolated, nestled in an idyllic on the edge of the Ria del Sella place.

The plot is in the garden directly to the River pier. Private parking, barbecue and WIFI.

Each house has ground floor living room (TV, DVD, table for 6), kitchen (with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, utensils), bathroom and storage. In the upper floor three bedrooms with two bathrooms and a private terrace are distributed. Each room has wardrobe and television. The whole house has heating controlled by automation.

The house also has WIFI, fishing rods, collection of books on the Asturian environment, DVDs, games, coffee maker, hairdryer and iron.

Trip to Asturias
We have spent a week driving around Asturias and have stayed at La Casa de La Ria II in Ribadesella. I am biased describing Asturias because it is my birthplace but my two friends from the UK have been left mesmerised by the landscape, the food and the weather! This is a superb house, very modern and exquisitely decorated with all the facilities you can think of, impeccably clean and well maintained with a beautiful garden and lovely views to the Sella river. Location is fabulous especially for the Lakes of Covadonga and the Picos de Europa but along the A8 you can get to Cantabria or even to Galicia! David has been very warm and welcoming making sure everything was working properly and that we were comfortable. Top class man. We sincerely recommend this place to anybody with a view to exploring this beautiful corner of the Green Spain. We shall be back. Vanesa, Eileen and Rachid

Una casa bonita
La casa de la ria es un alojamiento bonito, cómodo y en un entorno precioso. A la casa no le falta nada, está limpia, es moderna y David se portó estupendamente. Nuestra estancia en Ribadesella fué estupenda, para repetir y recomendar.
