"We booked here last minute as the place we had been staying in was awful & we left it early! From the minute we went into the Glynhill it was so much bettet! The receptionist was lovely & very helpful! Food was lovely - although my son wished there was sausage & chips on the kids menu (he said it wouldve been perfect if there was! There was loads of parking available too. We used the pool yesterday, myself & my autistic 11yr old son. He cant change himself, & understandably ladies dont really want a boy gos age in their changing room. So we had to use the disabled toilet to get ready & to get dressed again which wasnt ideal. The pool itself though was great, shallow end for kids & a bit deeper at the other end. Was good temperature too! All in all we loved it & would definitely stay there again & would also recommend it to others."

"We stayed at the Normandy for 1 night as we were attending a gig at Bellahouston. The hotel is perfect if you are looking for a budget friendly hotel, the room was clean and had all the amenities. The hotel was a little bit tired, but doesn’t affect your stay. The staff were especially helpful, helping us with taxis and information about the area. Would definitely recommend"

"Staff was very helpful with holding luggage before check in and arranging transportation. Close enough walk to the bus stop if your looking to head into Glasgow. Beautiful veiw."
