The reverse-level layout ensures the best of the sea views, with the top floor dedicated to a large, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. This split-level space, flooded with natural light from full-length glass doors, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere for family or friends to relax together. The modern kitchen is well-equipped for preparing home-cooked meals, and the informal bar area is a great spot for leisurely breakfasts. Adjacent to the dining space is a sofa area, perfect for children or teens to watch a movie or play games.

The middle floor features four beautifully decorated bedrooms. The king bedroom, with its en-suite shower room, provides a peaceful retreat for parents.
