Bay View is a fantastic first floor, two-bedroom apartment sleeping four in the middle of Rhosneigr. It's a bright comfortable apartment with stunning views from the picture window out to the sea, which is less than 100m away!

The light hallway leads to the two bedrooms on the left, a lovely double and a bright, airy twin bedroom. At the end of the hallway is the family bathroom, featuring a shower over the bath, washbasin, and toilet. To the left of the hallway is the spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area, which makes maximum use of the incredible light and breath-taking views over Rhosneigr Bay. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The dining table is placed under the picture window, so you can enjoy breakfast with a view or dine whilst enjoying the twinkling lights across the bay. Bay View's kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, picnics and popcorn for stay-at-home movie nights!

There is no garden at Bay View, however there is a communal landscaped area surrounding the apartment for kids to enjoy playing ball or simply for dogs to have a stroll (this communal area is not enclosed). To the rear of the property is a designated parking space for Bay View and secure storage for your private use. However, with the beach less than 100m away it's the perfect place to set up as ‘base' and enjoy the sea, sunshine and sand.

Our stay on Ynys Mon
Fantastic view from this property which meant it didn’t matter what the Ynys Mon weather threw at us it was always wonderful to look at. Clean, well equipped, very comfortable, a brilliant place to stay.

Great Location
This was our 7th stay this year using Anglesey Lettings, who I can’t fault. Bay view has stunning sea views, being on the second floor. Amenities were ample for a holiday break. We did find the living room settee furniture a little uncomfortable & looking a bit old. Good parking area & a garage which we didn’t use. If the TV states no HDMI detected, the Freesat box switches itself off, so switch back on and all is good. Rhosneigr has plenty of cafe’s, restaurant's & a pub. We can highly recommend Blue Olive restaurant, great food at great prices, lovely owners. We can recommend this holiday property.

Shiba weekend
Stayed here for 4 nights for a dog meeting, absolutely outstanding views over the bay.Also great view of the jets taking off and landing at the airport but do expect a noisy alarm at 8-30 on the Monday morning as they take off. Only downside for us was I had to pick the dog up to get up the wooden stairs outside to get to the apartment but small price to pay for the view

Relaxing stay

Stunning views
We stayed recently in an apartment and we wasnt dissapointed what a place!. It was spotless,comfortable and cozy finished to a lovely standard with a great bathroom and big bath to soak in. Now to the views they were stunning from beautiful waves on a sandy beach to an incredible sunset it was amazing. I would most definatly recommend the efficent no problem easy booking we experience through Angelsea letting to leaving it was a joy to stay here thank you very much.

Truly an apartment with a view!
Lovely to stay in a spotless, quiet apartment with a stunning view from the longe and it is right in the middle of the town. Chosen for the beach and railway access as I don't have a car. Saw some stunning sunsets.

Best view in Rhosneigr
Had a lovely week here with my daughter. The apartment is a short stroll into town and overlooks the whole bay so wonderful sunsets to marvel at every evening and you can watch the kite surfers during the day. Apartment is spacious and modern with everything you could need. Parking is also good on Station Road to the back. A great base to explore Ynys Mon from. We went to Newborough, Beaumaris, Bull Bay, Cemaes Bay, Trearddur Bay and much more. Great week.

Great getaway
The apartment was spotlessly clean. Every basic requirement was catered for. The area friendly and peaceful. The views stunning. If I had a niggle it was the double bed mattress. It had seen better days and sank in the middle so we were constantly having to readjust our sleeping position.

A break in North Wales
We loved our time in Rhosneigr, we did have difficulties getting TV and kitchen fan going and coming from the other side of the world the door lock took a big of working out. Management were very helpful and all was sorted promptly. The view is amazing, the apartment comfortable, pillows need replacing and a plug for kitchen sink needs to be to be provided. Overall a lovely spot for a restful break.

Good position for the beach . We we’re not told 2 sets of steps to apartment which I think people should be made aware of, the apartment itself was reasonably clean but the furnishings were tired , in fact my husband had to repair the arm of the chair The bedding and towels were fresh and clean It said it had been refurbished but it wasn’t this season sadly

That view
Quite expensive to stay at Bay view but oh what a view out of the oversize window. It’s an ever changing scene and every one beautiful. Apartment was clean,spacious and within a couple of hundred yards from the beautiful beach. This must be our 5th or 6th time stopping at Bay view and it certainly won’t e our last,stunning.

New Year Break
Stayed over the New Year period as 2 adults and small dog. Bay View was what was expected having stayed in other similar properties, Everything we required was available although lacking a freezer in the kitchen. The property was conveniently located for all amenities, Warm, clean and comfortable. Fantastic views from the lounge window watching the kite/wind surfers in challenging conditions. We will return to this property and would recommend the accommodation.

Excellent location, clean & tidy. kitchen well equipped although would have benefited with a freezer compartment in fridge. Curtains needed in children’s room as too bright. Overall, a decent property. Several issues mentioned in other reviews not addressed.
Great location,a very short walk to the beach & stunning view. A few points against though. Bedroom curtain hanging off,which is mentioned in prev reviews, wardrobe would be better than pegs on the walls, ample room to have more storage as only small set of drawers in the other bedroom aswell. Kitchen blind has been removed, very hot & bright around teatime.Water timer not set properly, no hot water for a while. Provision of a shoe rack would be useful, as requested not to wear shoes in flat, but nowhere to store them. Overall, a pleasant flat, reasonably priced, but a few niggles & lack of attention to detail. A few improvements would make a lot of difference.

Best view one could get and close to the beautiful beach.
Sadly scaffolding on next properties was a bit of an eyesore and prevented proper access via back stairs, I damaged my arm trying to get past it as space to pass was not practical. Never the less the property itself was all we needed and the view from lounge and kitchen of the bay was amazing. We spent a lot of time watching the wind surfers on the bay. We had amazing weather so were very lucky. Beds were comfortable and lounge furniture very comfy. Great shower in bathroom and all very clean. Would definitely go again.

Lovely views
Had a lovely stay at this apartment in Rhosneigr, the apartment had everything we needed! Towels and bedding, washing up liquid supplied and lots more. We loved the views from the apartment and there was a shop, bars, restaurant and a lovely chippy within a short walk. Would definitely stay here again

Fabulous
Perfect for a weekend away in November for three adults. Amazing views, wonderfully warm, well equiped, and lots of hot water. The weather was good so able to get out and about on great walks, but could have happily stayed in and looked at the view!! Very good value for money.
